At august 6th and 7th, professor Pedro Augusto Braga, coordinator of CEMP, one of the offices of tecnoPARQ, has been present at Animal Health Innovation Latin America, at São Paulo. The event reunited startups, biotech companies, investors, and regimentation agencies from latin america that are looking forward solutions to the sector of animal health and nutrition.
In the ocasion, themes like possibilities of investment, companies demands, strategic orientations about the market of animal health in China were discussed. Besides that, meetings were promoted aiming to put different sectors together when it comes to partnerships, investments and collaborations.
During BSB meetings, professor Pedro had the opportunity to present tecnoPARQ, UFV and researches developed by the university, aiming to start a relationship with the companies and to understand their demands.
The meetings occurred with the presence of José Herrera Seibt, Director of Merck Animal Health Ventures and Dr. Tony Zilong Tan, Founder and Managing Partner of Z-Link Biotech Co. The event Health Innovation Latin America aims to stimulate the growth and development of the industry in this sector, through innovative ideas and relationships between companies, universities, technology parks and innovation agencies.
