On November 5th, Tuesday, another edition of Inovar - tecnoPARQ Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Development Seminar happened. The event brought together over 250 people interested in increase their knowledge into topics such as marketing, leadership, entrepreneurship, results management, digital transformation, disruptive business and investment.
The event began in the morning at CEE - Teaching and Extension Center, with workshops on “WhatsApp Marketing” and “Leadership”, given by Rômulo Balga of Maxboot and Paulo Checker, respectively. During the afternoon, the event continued with workshops on “Strategic Planning”, given by Thiago Heleno Mariano, master's degree student at the Federal University of Viçosa and a bachelor's degree in Cooperativism; and “Digital Marketing,” taught by Renan Nogueira of Rock Content.
The opening of the event, scheduled for the night at the Fernando Sabino auditorium, had to adapt after the general power outage in Viçosa and the region. However, to respect the speaker and the audience, Juliano Kimura's magna lecture with the theme of "How to undertake inside a startup" was kept on schedule, which continued even with the lack of electricity.
The event continued on the morning of November 6, Wednesday, with workshops on Design Thinking, Management by Results and Sales Funnel, given by Lívia Ciacci, Paulo Checker and Rômulo Balga, respectively. During the afternoon, the workshops on behavioral economics were given by Stela Januzzi and Luiza de Mello of LANP; and Neuromarketing, by Brendow of Onirica.
The evening's program began with an opening panel addressing the theme “In times of disruption are you ready? ”Mediated by Jocsã Naves, director of the Moby Digital Agency. The panel was composed by Euler Santos, Executive Director of Fundepar; Paulo Sergio Alves Justino, CEO & Founder of FCJ Venture Builder; and Diego Henrique Marcelino Lima, General Manager of Banco do Brasil de Viçosa branch. Then came the final of the Ideas Competition, with a Battle of Pitches between three teams: Hemo Life, represented by Bruno Pereira de Souza André; Dix, represented by Dennis Augusto S. P. de Oliveira; and Concrete Dream, represented by Patrícia Dornas. In the final standings, 1st place won the Concrete Dream, 2nd, Dix and 3rd, Hemo Life.
To end the program, Carnelutti Spinelli - economist, postgraduate in Project Management with an MBA in Business Management - gave a lecture on “Startup Investments”. The event also safeguarded moments of relaxation with gifts and coffee breaks, as well as a final socializing accompanied by live music, in order to promote networking among those present.
